When should I expect my OLIPOP?
Generally you will receive your OLIPOP within 4-7 business days of the date charged. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Sorry for the confusion! We can only fit two OLIPOP cases into one box, so if you ordered three or more cases, your order will arrive in multiple boxes! Keep an eye out—your second box should arrive within 24 hours of your first. If not, please reach out to our team at hello@drinkolipop.com.

After receiving feedback from our customers and conducting years of research and testing, we’re excited to share that we offer both pantry-friendly multi-packs that can be stored at room temperature plus our original refrigerated formula. Now, you can find OLIPOP in the soda aisle, alongside the original recipe in the refrigerated section. Storage directions will be labeled on the packaging: 'Store in a cool, dry place' for our pantry-friendly options, while our original products are marked with 'Store Refrigerated.'
