OLIPOP California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
OLIPOP is committed to responsible sourcing and ethical business practices. In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, we disclose our efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain:
Verification
OLIPOP evaluates supply chain risks through onboarding processes and periodic third-party assessments. We require all suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. In addition, OLIPOP leverages independent third-party assessments to gain visibility into supplier practices, providing an added layer of verification beyond contractual commitments.
Audits
OLIPOP does not currently conduct audits specifically focused on evaluating supplier compliance with OLIPOP’s standards related to slavery and human trafficking. However, OLIPOP conducts quality and food safety audits of suppliers, including checks for compliance with applicable laws and standards. In addition, OLIPOP has contractual rights to audit suppliers more broadly if issues arise, providing an additional mechanism to address potential non‑compliance.
Certification
OLIPOP requires suppliers to certify compliance with applicable laws prohibiting forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking by agreeing to our Supplier Code of Conduct. This certification is part of our contractual agreement with suppliers.
Internal Accountability
Employees and contractors are required to comply with all applicable laws, including those prohibiting forced labor and human trafficking. Violations of applicable law or company policy are addressed through OLIPOP’s standard corrective action procedures outlined in our Employee Handbook, which may include disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Training
OLIPOP does not currently provide training specifically aimed at mitigating the risk of human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain. However, our training needs are periodically evaluated as part of our ethics and compliance program.
Important Note:
This disclosure reflects OLIPOP’s current practices as of March 23, 2026. We are committed to transparency and will periodically update this statement as our practices evolve.
